The agents that came out and mounted my TV, did a excellent job. They were very quick and very professional. They had on their masks to protect us from the covid and my TV looks great.

First they didn’t show up on time 6 hours late. Unprofessional dressed. Then could do it because have two people asked my Husband to help who is disabled that’s why we were PAYING TJEM TO DO IT. Said he would be back the next morning with help. Never showed up. I called they said it wouldn’t be till the next day. Showed up late again. Had to us our tools because he didn’t have the correct ones. Used my step stool because he was to lazy to go get his ladder step tool wasn’t tall enough I had to tell him he needs taller ladder finally went to get his ladder granted it was a large TV difficult to mount but they were told this when I called in wanted me to sign job was complete and I refused until cords were stored neatly acted as though he really didn’t want to be there. Very unsatisfactory from day one. Just a typical subcontractor (Mastec) attitude.

The agents mounted my tv and all my devices in no time flat. Very polite Explained everything. Gave me a demo. Very pleased.

Installers were great, clean and courteous. The installation was perfectly placed exactly how I envisioned it and explained how to operate the tv. I was most satisfied.

Geek squad showed up I had the wrong bracket so I went to Best Buy and got the right bracket they came back at 10 o’clock at night to finish the installation awesome service great guys

The gentleman who came out to install my television was fantastic. I gave him the best rating possible. I would totally recommend having an installation done through Best Buy again.

Team were efficient and competent team came and wall mounted tv and integrated a sound bar

The Geek Squad brought everything to my house and did the installation. The only problem was they didn't check the functionality of all of the speakers. The soundbar itself produced great sound. The subwoofer and rear speakers never worked and the sound wasn't synced with the picture. You could watch a golfer swing and would not hear the swoosh until the swing was over. The subwoofer only made a hiss and the rear speakers never come on. Very poor performance by the Geek Squad installation team!

Professional TV installers. The two techs moved two 65” TV’s between living room and bedroom. They arrived on time and were very knowledgeable and helpful.
