The Geek Squad came on time and mounted my Sony TV; everything was connected properly. In fact, the young men explained everything to me very thoroughly!!. They were very cordial also!!

The guys were super kind and respectful. Shelby went above and beyond by explaining to me how to use my new devices and gave suggestions on ways to upgrade my home system.

The agents were on time, mounted my TV and made all of the connections, while explaining things to me as they set it up. They were very courteous and professional.

The tv was mounted securely on the wall, but the tech was going to leave the wires all jumbled up and not hidden at all behind the chest purposely positioned under the tv for that very reason. When I brought this to his attention he charged me extra for some parts to corral the wires. I would think for the price that might have been included.

This flat screen was put on top of the television stand which I bought at Best Buy. Originally, it was going to be mounted on the wall but it was too small in size but fits perfectly on tv stand from Best Buy

The Geek squad installed my new tv on the wall and hooked everything up and made sure My remote worked Great job

After the 3rd time of making an appointment the gentleman who came out to actually perform the service was awesome. Previous to that, we had a delivery guy call from the road to tell us that he was unable to mount the tv, had to call to make another appointment. that group a week later brought the tv and then said they were not able to mount it and took the tv back to the truck. We had to call again, and wait another week. This geek squad person was able to help us and we got everything resolved. 4 weeks of making appointments got us a $50 gift card for our troubles.

Geek squad was wonderful. I'll be purchasing one for my bedroom and will have them to hang it also!
