geek squad did a great job mounting my 65" TV using a Sanus mount

1st Class Experience! Great teamwork demonstrated! They were very efficient and knowledgeable, were able to reset and problem solve system to my needs while explaining details.

Everyone was great from setting up service to install

T.V. installation for my 82" Samsung was quick and professionally installed. The only downside was the timing. I choose from 9am - 12pm but they came a little later after 1:00 pm. Other than that both installers were knowledgeable and guided me with my tv setup.

We received excellent service. The person who installed our TV was very professional and knowledgeable. Also he installed our TV quickly and we haven't had any problems at all!

One agent mounted the tv on wall and the other one connected on Wi-Fi and did first set up showing me the way

The Technician was accompanied by a trainee, so the process was longer than usual. This limited installation questions and complicated day of appointment communications. Technician was good and installation was fine.
