I have a very complicated TV/Entertainment Center set up with THOUSANDS of wires. There is absolutely no way I could have figured out how to connect/re-connect everything once I bought a new 65" TV. Thankfully, Geek Squad was able to get it all hooked up properly....but it did take close to 5 hours!!!

Excellent service - highly recommend. Communication was perfect from the techs - calls and texts about arrival time kept us informed.
