The agents quickly mounted my TV and hooked it up. They were very respectful of social distancing in my home, and wore PPE the entire time. Very positive, professional experience!

The team was very helpful and nice. They installed 3 TV's. They checked to make sure they were installing in the correct location. They made sure I knew how to use equipment before they left.

The agent mounted the tv and it was well done. Prior to the agent calling, he asked if it was over a fireplace and I mentioned yes but the fireplace is not in use. We were charged an additional fee for mounting the TV on the wall over the fireplace. The task was quick and wouldn't have been any different if it wasn't over the fireplace. I'm rating this a 3 star because of the hidden fees.

We had the Geek Squad deliver and set up our new TV. They also moved our old TV to the Master Bedroom and set it up. They then moved the old TV to the Guest Bedroom and set it up. Thus the Musical TV's.

so far all the geek squad guys that have come to my home have been knowledgeable, clean and courteous, most of these guys could start their own service, but good for us that best buy seems to recruit good people

The agents mounted my TV and connected my soundbar. The soundbar was supposed to be attached to the TV, but was attached to the wall instead because the attachment pieces were backwards. I wanted my TV flush to the ceiling like my old TV. The agent insisted that was not the right place for a TV and talked me into lowering it. I hate how low it is on the wall, if on our couch, can't see TV past the chair. None of the furniture I've looked at for under the TV fits because it's so low. I never should have listened to him because I now have to find someone to raise the TV higher. Because the soundbar was attached to the wall, there will now be visible holes when everything is moved up.

Best service I’ve gotten externally in a while. I usually would do it myself but the large TV was limiting my ability to do it without assistance.
