Everything was mounted and hooked up professionally by the Greek geek squad sidenote, I schedule an appointment three different times had a lot of issues with the phone services with Best Buy is very unfortunate but all in all after the third appointment the guys came out melted my TV and made sure everything Was properly taken care of. That is all.

The squad cut a hole in the wall so they could conceal all the wires associated with my new Samsung TV. The geek squad then ran the wires through my wall and mounted the tv wall bracket. Attached my 65 inch tv and programmed everything for me. The agent totally cleaned the area. He even placed the empty box with all the packing in my garage for me.

The agents did a great job moving one tv with wall mount to a new location and installing the new tv with wall mount in the original spot. They communicated with me throughout the process so I knew what they were doing and they did everything very well and very fast. I am very happy with the professionalism and expertise of the Geek Squad for this tv delivery and two installations.

Eddie came out to install our new Samsung 65" TV. He had another young man with him. They were both very competent and knowledgable regarding the product. They were quick, neat and clean while installing, clear in their explanations about the TV and all in all a joy to have in our home. Very well trained and extremely polite.

Geek squad did an amazing job with installing my TV. They took the time to show me features about my TV I was unaware of. They were quick, effective, and professional at all times.

They did a superb job. Mounted it on a brick wall, hooked up my DVD, Apple TV, Roku and a Sony Sound bar. They explained what they were doing and also showed me how to use my new SONY OLED TV. They cleaned up after themselves. They communicated very well from confirmation of my installation date and time, to when they would arrive.

The Geek Squad install purchase was worth the money. They were very knowledgeable and saved me from having to get help mounting the 85" above my fireplace. They gave recommendations on things I could change to improve the picture. 85" Samsung - Great Picture!

OMG was that the best $150 I ever spent. The Geeks had a very complex installation and with less than inches they did it! A total MacGyver team they went the extra distance to make it swing over from living room to bedroom in our tiny chalet! I’m talking modifying book cases and more. I’m pretty much good with tools but it would have taken me all day to what Jeff and his partner did in a couple hours. I went to the store specifically to tell management how satisfied I was with his Geek Squad installed team and especially with all that they did.

The techs were awesome. Very knowledgeable and very professional. They explained every step of the installation in detail. Great purchase....

The Geek Squad member Brandon and his crew did a great job installing my Sony XBR55 A1E OLED TV and Sanus full motion TV wall mount. He arrived within the half hour time window that he said he would. He was very professional. He added the TV to my home network and cable box and cleaned up any mess created during the installation. I could have done the job myself but I am so happy that the Geek Squad did it for me. Ask for Brandon.

Amazing install team! Fast, friendly, informative and efficient!

What seemed to be a simple request turned into a cluster of mistakes. The original job I asked for was to remove a 65" TV and mount and relocate it to another room in the house. I spoke with the Geek Squad service Rep when scheduling, explaining the two jobs I needed done. She told me how it would be done and how much billed. Two installers arrived at 7:45 AM (On schedule). Unpacked the new 77" TV, Best Buy full mobile wall mount and installed them where the 65" TV was. The lead installer was a Ukrainian with good English skills and his partner (with no English skills) obviously worked together for quite a while. They installed the mount and the TV exactly where I planned for it to be, connected the peripheral equipment and the in home router and it all come up very well. This team really knew their stuff and were finished within an hour or so. As for the Ukrainians when scheduling. No fuss, no surprises and no additional expense. High praise for the personable, experienced and competent team. I highly recommend although I don't recall the guy's names. The 65' old TV still sits on the floor of my family room uninstalled because the 2nd Best Buy team who came at 12:30 of "Jose" and his partner arrived said they were here to move a TV. I told Jose the TV has been moved by the competent team in the morning and is just waiting to be hung and plugged in. No cabling, no connections to the internet or sound system. Jose looked at me like I was a Martian and said, "We only move the TV...not install it. The team this morning should have installed it." I tried to explain what I had asked BB to do and Jose wouldn't budge and do the work. Jose and his coworker left without entering my home. Whomever scheduled this job did not communicate the scope of the work to their installers. The Jose team spent 2 minutes on my doorstep and left. I was billed $59.99 for these guys.

The Geek Squad agents delivered, mounted and connected my devices in a very professional manner. They were on time and made sure we knew how everything worked.

Install was quick and looks great! I had an incompatible mount but agents had spare ones available and saved the day. Saved me a lot of time and headache. Worth every penny.

I was very impressed by the knowledge, efficiency and friendliness of the Geek Squad crew, headed by Rob, who came to mount and set up my new Frame TV. Rob called the day before to get details of what they would be doing when arrived, and led me through what I had to do in preparation for their visit. On the morning of, they arrived as scheduled and I had a beautifully set up Frame TV by the time they left. Rob answered all questions and gave his phone number to call if I had any additional questions after they left. I was very pleased with the service!

Install tech Rich asked for my position desire, gave rough idea of placement then installed as per my desire. Limited drilling into wall then secured all after mounting. Set up TV quickly and gave easy to understand instructions along with answering all questions.

Junior and his helper Justin did a wonderful job setting up the new Sony Brava. Glad I went for your tech team. Junior was wonderful explaining how to work the controls and suggest other equipment I might need to enhance viewing.

The agents who mounted my tv and hooked up my sound system did an incredible job. They came earlier then expected, were professional and clean. They even took the trash out from my last install. Excellent services. Happy I switched to the Murray store.
