The crew installed the mounting bracket, hooked up connections and mounted our older 60 inch TV. They made sure it was working correctly. I only had to enter logins for accounts.

Agents kept us well informed, provided updates and showed us TV mount height prior to installation.

We had then mount 3 - 55" TVs for us. 2 in hubby's Man Cave and 1 in the bedroom. They did a great job! They programmed the remotes. Sync'd them with the cable boxes. And even cleaned up after themselves.

Full motion mount was installed with not issues; new 60" TV installed and connected to all my devices. Works great!

Geek squad refused to put new mount up on brick. Connected speakers but did not put in back of tv but in cable. Cannot get sound for youtube or facebook. Said didn't have a long enough cord but went down to other tv and found it. Said we didn't need it that for our purposes the cable was good enough. Sound not in sync and can't adjust with cord in cable box. Can't find the hole in back of tv with current setup. Seems the team does not receive the copious notes left for them so they arrive not prepared to do work. would like to get the sound hook up changed. after several cancellations finding the situation interminable

The Greek Squad Service was Great and they was very helpful explaining how to use everything. So glad I had Total Tech with them well worth the money.
