I would use geek squad services in the future. They were nice and professional. They mounted two of our TVs on the same day. They work quietly, no complains, and they’ll clean up after.

Agents mounted TV just fine but dropped one of the metal supports and damaged the hard wood floor, did not spend any time explaining to new remote, seemed in a hot rush to get to the next instal

I believe it was Luke that did both the install and the site survey prior to the install and he was very friendly and did a great job with my TV mounting. Thank you Luke.

The guys offered their suggestions as to height that worked out great. Mount was secured and leveled, remote programmed and Audio connected. They took the time to go over the TV features.

they were very helpful, not only did excellent installation but showed me how the smart TV worked and how to use my spectrum app to get my channels through the app.

I have said it more than once but Geek Squad is not the same in every town. Moving from another location in Florida with a terrible Geek Squad I was HAPPY to find that Gainesville has the BEST by far.
