The Geek Squad (guys) were very professional and knowledgeable. The guys customer service were excellent. They explained all the features on the television and sound bar.

It was really good for the TV that we bought with it. Really liked that this could be used for multiple TV sizes, and installation was simple. Would recommend.

Excellent service! Jose was prompt, extremely professional and when above and beyond!

Only took about 1/2 the time I thought it would. Guys we friendly and explained what they were doing and why, they helped decide on specific location with the worm tube and the outlet made challenging getting it perfectly centered on the wall the wall is 25 feet and 1/2 inch did not make any difference. I would not have attempted mounting it myself even with help seen to many horror stories

The Geek Squad team arrived well on time and mounted our new 77 inch TV above our fireplace like it was a piece of cake. They centered the mount perfectly and moved our Apple TV and other connections from our old TV and set them up leaving us with a full working setup.

The gig squad were the ones who installed the TV wall mount and made a suggestion that we switch out the wall mounts because of the new construction good choice the TV looks fabulous sing us the war Cree picture

The agent easily mounted and set up my tv right where I wanted it. I am pleased with the installation. The workers are always careful, polite and friendly. They have not let me down yet!

The Geek Squad technician arrived wearing mask. He did a great job in opening the packaging and setting the tv in place. He went through all the settings and made sure that the picture would be optimal for my viewing. He also made sure that the tv was connected to my internet so that I would be able to maximize the use of my tv.

They did an excellent job of handling the tv with care & putting it in a better position on the wall than l previously had. Also was helpful in making sure l had it setup & working properly before they left.

This is my second experience using the Geek Squad to mount a new TV. Punctual, completely professional and excellent job. Answered all my questions, tidied up after themselves and made my life easier. I really appreciate them and will continue to maintain my membership.

The two agents were great. They uninstalled our old tv mount and installed our new one. They then mounted the new tv, installed the needed apps and explained how everything worked and made sure we understood it. They were polite and efficient and I would not hesitate to use them again.

I'm a big DIY person but when it comes to hanging a heavy TV on the wall with the mount I much prefer to leave that to the experts (especially because most of the time it's a two person job). I give 5 stars for the actual installers and the process, they did a phenomenal job and were very professional. I give 2 stars to the actual appointment making and scheduling aspect. BestBuy, this needs work. Please go back to the old system because it's infuriating for all of us involved with the new one. Had multiple system glitches that cancelled previous appointments, had to call and reschedule because the system didn't take it and was showing appointments on days there were none and letting me schedule it with confirmation number and everything and then the day of the app would say "don't forget you still need to schedule your appointment for install" Please talk with your installers and find a scheduling system that works, these installers are amazing!

The installer was very efficient, professional and personable. The whole thing went very smoothly. Two thumbs up.

This smart tv is great!....clear picture & great sound. The delivery agents were knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. They mounted the screen on the wall and set everything up with no issues...very nice guys. We are 100% satisfied.

I purchased an Insignia 43" TV. The techs who came out to have it mounted and set up did a great job, and were very friendly. Had the complete installation to my receiver been less expensive, I would have purchased that as well. I am very disappointed that this TV does not come with a hard copy user guide. I've no clue what all it can do, nor do I know how to connect the TV to the receiver so I can hear the TV through my speakers. I have the optical cable, but when I try to "Add Equipment," it always gives me an error message. I've called Insignia for help, and was on the phone almost an hour. I called Geek Squad twice. They didn’t know the answer, and just told me to make an appt ($129??) to have them come out and hook it all up. Over all, I'm happy with the initial service, but not the price to get it fully installed.

Gabe and Frank were amazing!!! They both were so friendly and mounted our 55 in TV so fast! It looks way nicer than I imagined ! Just beautiful how they put it together. And they truly care about what you need, so if you need someone to mount your tv request for these two. They did an incredible job! Thank you Frank and Gabe!

The two agents were very helpful and extremely knowledgeable about their job. Lead agent patiently explained how and what he was doing, then they both demonstrated all we needed to know to enjoy it.

The agents (Jackson and Ben) installed my TV and attempted to connect it to my DIRECTV service. Unfortunately it required an on-site service visit from DIRECTV. The agents were very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Excellent work. we're very satisfied with their service.

I was really happy with the great job Geek Squad did with mounting my television. I truly appreciated how they also asked for my input on where the television would be mounted rather than just doing it without my say. They thoroughly explained how to move the TV, use the TV, and answered any questions I had about the utility of it.
