Had the Geek Squad wall mount my old LG 60" YV and my new Sony 75" TV. Excellent results. I am concerned that they might have used drywall anchors in lieu of studs for my new TV mount.

The first agents didn't mount my TV as I had paid for. The second team did as supposed to be done at first place

This was second installment for this 70”. Boards were not easily located so it took them a little while. Eventually they were successful, hanging the tv right where it should be. Great job guys!!!

My last TV was going on 12 years old - my how technology has changed! I had Best Buy set up the TV (lot of electronic gadgets) and they did a superb job.

The gentleman who came out to install the bracket took his time to measure the space and make sure the TV hung exactly as I wanted it to. He even had a few creative ideas which I appreciated.

The agent set up my tv and removed old tv. He is very knowledgeable and polite.

The staff were very friendly and professional. My only gripe would be that I had to pay an extra unexpected $100 out of my pocket because they installed my TV on top of my electronic fireplace. Not the staff's fault, but I wish the website would have asked this question.

The gentlemen that came out was pleasant. Even arrived early!

The guys did a good job mounting the TV, however, not all components (Blu-ray) were set-up for audio using my existing home theater system. I had to have Geek Squad come back out to remedy. This was done timely and without add’l cost.

Techs mounted our new tv to the wall, were able to hide the wire from the cable box and instructed us on how to use new smart tv. Very friendly and helpful.

The agents mounted 2TVs and took down another TV. Clemente and Stephanie did a great job. They’re professional, thorough and knowledgeable. They’re also nice people. Good hires!

Vinnie and his asst. arrived on time, waited while the Samsung rep. worked on my tv, answered my questions, and did a fine job dismounting and mounting my tv.
