The agents mounted the TV and demonstrated its capabilities. They even explained how to hide the cable dvr box using velcro.

Everything when like clock work - technicians right to work with head all the equipment - they were on time -

they would have gotten a 5 star if wires were hidden in wall and not out for view, very nice and explained everything

The crew of 4 was fantastic. I love hiring people who love their jobs. Mike is the man. 3 rd attempt, but these guys were worth the wait.

They unpacked and mounted TV . Set up my cable and dvd, also my sound bar. worked very quick. when done showed me how things worked. also set up ROKU on line for me. Found out later they would have taken old TV. They did seem to be rushed to get to next job.

The Geek squad did an excellent job installing a 65" TV above the fireplace. Suggested the mount be changed to another which turns out to be a better fit.

The agents did a great job installing our 65" TV. They used our existing mount so no new holes needed to be drilled and they set up the TV and showed us how to use all the features.

The agent installed, mounted my 55" Frame and connected it to my devices.

Two nice guys from Best Buy came and set up our new LG TV. We were also shown how to use our new voice remote. They also hauled off our old dead tv.

The Geek Squad was very well informed. They worked together like a very smooth & oiled machine. I asked them to connect my BOSE System to the new TV and with some new cables (which were available in their truck) they were able to do so to my great delight.

The guys that installed my tv mount were very friendly and helpful. They also connected my tv to everything needed. I have never wall mounted a tv or had one this large. I love it!
