The guys were great that delivered the tv it just was broken when they took it out of the box and still hasn’t been replaced from Best Buy.

Had Geek Squad mount TV and properly hook up various components and ROKU. Tuned the speakers etc.

The guys who mounted and set up my TV were wonderful. Very professional, cleaned up after themselves and everything. I really liked that I knew when they were coming and the call ahead.Very nice.

The agent, Drew was on time, polite, thorough & followed all COVID protocols. The install was fast and all of my questions were answered. 10/10 would reccomend

The Geeks recommended the height for the TV. I never took into consideration the length of cords and cables. Good call on their part. They were neat, clean and efficient.

The first geek left making me reschedule since there were flooring guys in the other part of the house and had left trash in the install room. Did not give me 5 minutes to move it. then tried to drive off with the TV. I made him put it in the garage. 0 stars for that Geek. The second guy was quick and great at installing. But he did not connect or help setup anything. I'm still trying to figure how to connect and make some things work. 5 star installation for this guy. Overall 2 stars to best buy. I will try my best to never use best buy again.
