The tv delivery and mounting was done all at the same time. The agents that did the mounting and connection picked up the tv and brought it with them. Very professional, pulled up one of my streaming apps so it was easy for me to access.

The agents mounted and connected my new TV to the existing system. They were courteous and knowledgeable, taught me everything I needed to run the show and we had a few laughs along the way. Great stuff.

They knew how to install my 77 inch TV over the mantle and sound bar on the mantle correctly. They got it all hooked up and operating like it should. and set up great. This was a wall mount so I had to have a handy man put in the electrical outlet about 28 inches above the mantle before the instillation, They did a great job.

We were extremely satisfied with Technician Codi B. He was extremely professional, patient and informative. He was also very kind to our inquisitive three year old son. The initial mounting by Geek Squad was fantastic, quick and no fuss but later on when my TV's WiFi got kaput, Geek Squad was asking me a fee for dismounting and recounting it after the manufacturer's repairs. This was disturbing since I was under warranty by both Best Buy and Samsung. After much deliberations and standing my ground they succumbed and the job was done. Geek Squad shoud be happy that I still gave them four stars.

I am always happy and satisfied with Geek Squad services. The technicians are fast, friendly, knowledgeable and neat. They did a great job installing & setting up my flatscreen TV, cable, sound bar and DVD player and took the time to explain it all to me. I actually had a concern about a function of the TV and they returned immediately and addressed it. I highly recommend their service.
