I could not be more satisfied with the Geek Squad. They were exceptionaly professional installing my TV and removing all the litter after.

The process was good except for the long range of hours that the installation was going to take place. They had to come 3 different times for the same issue. And I still haven’t had a resolution.

Did not properly program the DIRECTV to my device. When I called to ask them to send someone to rectify the situation, they refused. This is not my first experience dealing with Best Buy on an issue like this and I literally hadn’t dealt bought anything from them in many years because of their poor customer service. I finally decided to give them another chance and I’m so disappointed. I won’t be doing it again. It’s not because mistakes were made, it’s because they don’t stand behind what they do to make them right. Paid a premium price for sub par service.
