We have had 3 different service people from Geek Squad and all of them were fantastic.

Very professional and did a amazing job. Well worth the money to have them instal our new tv and sound bar. They also moved old tv to another location and installed it as well.

The guys that mounted the tv were very professional and polite bc I’m typically weary about who I invite into my home. I felt very comfortable and the services were done fast and properly.

Great product for mounting our 65 in TV Tips and swivels well

We live in a hundred year old house. It has paneling over lath plaster. EWWWW! We could not find a stud through the wall. Went to Best Buy where we were told they could "figure something out" which we took to mean they could find the studs and hang the tv on the wall like we wanted. Nope. They could do no better. I can read and plug stuff in. May take me longer but I could figure out how to program it. It looked pretty simple. I could get my daughter to help if needed. What we could not do is mount the tv on the wall and that was the only reason we went with installation. The Geek Squad guy was cool and attentive and the situation was not his fault. Just a shout out that they cannot mount a wall tv in all situations.

Both the technicians who installed my TV was really professional, great and attentive to detail. Really provided great customer service.

Very nice and fast guys. They handled everything and also made sure everywhere was tidy before leaving.
