The wall mount was heavy, but they have it stable attached to my wall and mounted the tv on it. This service is why I ordered my tv from BestBuy. Highly recommended.

It started out as not so great as they changed my appointmentire I had set-up, but all in all a good job. I didn't get the mount in wanted do to wall structure, but they were able to get my TV mounted.

The installer mounted my TV and got it connected to myWi-Fi and my cable provider. Exterior installation under pool deck cover. I would have never attempted this myself. Good Luck
