Very knowledgeable installer and very patient educating us about operations

The Geek Squad mounted our 65" Vizio and had everything up & running in no time at all. They answered all questions we had and they cleaned up all packaging with them. Great service.

We brought the TV home with us. The mounting crew (Roy) showed up a couple days later to mount it. They were GREAT and show us everything we needed to know.

Tech did excellent job mounting my tv. All cables and plugs are neatly disguised behind the tv.

The geek squad service was excellent. The gentleman was repaired what needed repairing and installed the blue ray player correctly, which I could not do.

The agents mounted my TV and connected it to my devices. Horizontally it is crooked by 1/2 inch called geek squad two weeks ago no return contact. Also they were going to program my controller and have not done that either.

Joe Goldenberg was professional,knowledgeable, and went out of his way to solve my problems.

Service was quick and fast only downside is they left the wires and when asked they said they are not allowed to make a hole in wall.

The Geek Squad guys were wonderful. They even gave us a mini-lesson on how to use the remote control for the tv. They were very professional and courteous.

The agent surveyed how our old television had been hung over the fireplace, and with a few minor adjustments, he had the new television up in no time.

The team was Awsome, respectful, and friendly. It was a pleasure to have them in my home.

He used mounting screws for the TV that were to short and my TV almost fell to the floor when I put it on the bracket. I had to go and buy new screws

they did hook everything up but the cords are visible and kind of a sloppy job but at least they came and hooked it up

In Geek Sguad, you get true value for your money. The staffs are professionals and most are traditionally respectful.

They did an amazing job and removed all of the oversized packaging.

The agents knew just what to do when uninstalling old and installing new tv and components.
