The geek squad is great, but at first the kid that waited on us booked our delivery and installation with a third party installation team that canceled and no showed on us 4 times! I went back to store ready to return everything, , but a manager realized we hadn’t been booked with geek squad and promised us THEY would show up, and refunded the price of delivery &installation, so I gave them one more chance, and was very happy with THEIR installer and also my LG tv. Always make sure you’re booked with geek squad, and no one else!

2 Geek Squad Pro's showed up. Attached special bootie's before entering home. Removed old Samsung and bracket Added new Bracket and TV Plugged all HDMI into new Tv Installation went fast and without any problems. Oh about the 2 Pro's They both were very professional and personable. Answered all my questions. Thanks Again Geek Squad JOb well done MJM

Had a very pleasant experience when Javier and crew came to install my 75 inch TV and wall mount. They were fast, efficient, and very professional. If I remember right it only took about an hour or less. No mess and they took all of the boxes which I appreciated. Connected everything and programmed my Direct TV remote. Couldn't have been more pleased.

The two gentlemen that mounted our tv were wonderful. They were neat (wore protection over their shoes and cleaned everything up) and helpful (showed us how to use the television and answered all our questions). In addition, they did it with a smile and pleasant attitude.

First I ordered an 82 inch tv. Without measuring the delivery arrived and was too large to fit up my stairs.Charde suggested a 75” tv instead. I was able to order the same make and model, just smaller size. When delivery day finally arrived not only were they able to get to my place within the first 30 mins of the delivery window, but Charde was able to figure out how to get the tv into my apartment (with a near spiral staircase to contend with). After doing so she and her partner not only measured out the best position for my new tv, but took our suggestions into account, hooked the tv up, mounted, centered, leveled, hooked up all my systems including two gaming systems and a surround sound system, and taught us how to use the new television. Afterwards not only was everything perfectly set up and functioning but they cleaned up any trace of a mess you could think of and took the empty tv box with them!!!! I was so lucky to have Charde and her team for both instances of my install and I could not thank her enough for all of her wonderful help!!! She deserves a raise immediately!!!!!

Techs came in and set up TV and even showed staff how to use it.

Friendly and experienced. Set up was simple for the tech. Did a great job of educating me on the use of the remote. Very appreciative of the in home set up.

I got the Geek Squad because I was concerned about getting a large tv above the fireplace. I bought a motorized mount to lower the tv so we wouldn’t have to always look up at it (been there done that). The Geek Squad told is they had experience with this type of mount but there was an additional fee (unexpected but a minor aggravation). I ordered online and the note on the type of mount must have been dropped. The install was on sale so the addon brought the price up to somewhat more than the original price but less than the last time I had a Geek Squad install. Overall happy with the process and the result

The tech support agent did an excellent job. You couldn't tell the television had been mounted it looked perfect. He was fast and did not leave a mess. I wish all technicians were as good.

Geek squad showed up right on time and had everything done and cleaned up very fast. I am very happy with their service. I have already used them multiple times.

I have a 40" flat-screen television. It works perfectly. I had it installed originally to support a 65" flat screen TV. It held that securely for ten years. The TV was too big for my living room

I needed someone to complete an entire upgrade for my mother's wall-mount TV--remove the TV, remove and replace the wallmount, remove the previous wire wall covers, and replace new wall covers over the new wires. The install team was on time, courteous, knowledgeable, carried spare parts that were needed to adapt the setup, and left everything clean and seamless.

The gentleman that arrived to install my TV were very professional and did a good job installing the TV. They were quick to install it and explained to me how to use the remote and set it all up for me. Prior to leaving, they asked me if I had any questions or concerns and if I did provided me the number to call.

They arrived on time. Were very knowledgeable and installed and set up the new tv and swivel stand very quickly. They connected the existing soundbar, blueray dvd player, direct tv and it's remote and paramount +. They programmed everything and I didnt have to do anything. They took away the old tv also.

Simply the Best (in Midwest Lingo) - Wicked Awesome (in Boston Lingo) - The two Techs called to see if I still wanted their service, hours after their scheduled window for delivery and setup. They had an extended day of doing things for customers that wasn't planned. When they arrived, they scoped the wall, the old TV, and took pictures of how the components around the entertainment area were setup. They unpacked, wipe clean the new TV, and before you could say, "The Geek Squad is the Best (Buy)" [See what I did there?], my new TV was up and running with all components properly attached and running. While one Tech was cleaning up, the other taught me the new clicker and what it could do. Five stars aren't enough for what they went through and accomplished!

Geek Squad kept me informed of when they would get to my house. They were in and out, very professional, and the TV is perfectly mounted.

The Geek squad members sent out for our service were great- very knowledgeable and efficient! They did a great job setting up and answering our questions. We bought the Best Buy Totaltech plan at the same time we bought our new television and it was certainly well worth the price.

Reps called in advance of arriving. They showed up on time, quickly reviewed mounting location and went to work. Offered to use a better/different mount that was initially purchased (had on their truck). Quick, efficient and most importantly polite during the whole process.

The install team courteously asked if the tv was mounted at the right height for the larger size, saved me money by re-using my current wall mount, worked quickly to set-up and connect the tv properly, and allowed me to use the new remote as I knew how-they kindly took my dead tv to the loading dock for me as they leftA!
