Amazing install team! Fast, friendly, informative and efficient!

The geek squad is great, but at first the kid that waited on us booked our delivery and installation with a third party installation team that canceled and no showed on us 4 times! I went back to store ready to return everything, , but a manager realized we hadn’t been booked with geek squad and promised us THEY would show up, and refunded the price of delivery &installation, so I gave them one more chance, and was very happy with THEIR installer and also my LG tv. Always make sure you’re booked with geek squad, and no one else!

The squad showed up on time, were very efficient and professional. What more could you want?

The team that came out and installed our wall mount and 65” TV were friendly, courteous and very professional. They were great!

The installation was flawless and that was the key to me and my wife as we are both handicapped. The two young men that came out, I'm sorry I don't remember their names off hand. They did a Flawless installation without a single mark on the blood dark red wall that it mounts on. All it takes is a bump to disturb the color. What was important was after being shown how to operate the new smart TV it was hard to absorb everything at once. And about the time I was going to call back to the young men that did the installation they called me to see if I was having any problems or concerns. Much to my surprise they had an opening in time the following day and volunteered to come back out and go through it with me again. In this day and time it's hard to find anyone that follows up that well with their service. So the young men from The Geek Squad in Morehead City North Carolina are an outstanding voice for The Geek Squad here. I would highly recommend them to anyone who asked.

The Geek Squad in Huntsville, AL are the best! They are very knowledgeable, very informative, very professional and very kind. They get the job done well and fast. I would highly recommend them!

Installers took my previous tiv down from wall detached the mounting brackets, installed them on new TV and mounted it. We reatached the peripheral units in the same ports as the previous tv and then they went through the setup and made sure I knew the features of the new tv. Did far more than a basic mounting. Very impressed with the service.

I had a contractor come to my home and do instillations 2 times. He was very friendly, efficient, explained everything he was doing, and even came back on his own time to fix an issue that we had. He worked really hard to make sure that everything was to our satisfaction. I would recommend him to anyone in the Central Mo Area.

When you purchase a 75 inch TV you don’t want to mess around with installing it yourself. You really want a professional job because you wanted to look right and work well. Our geek squad technician Riley did a amazing job and covered all the details. I would highly recommend it.

I was replacing an installed TV with a new TV. It was simple and easy to schedule the job. The two man crew arrived on time, they were Covid conscious and safe. They completed the work quickly without trying to sell us anything we didn’t need and were on their way in less than a half hour. Excellent work

I believe this was for the mounting on a floor stand that I provided, and delivery of the Best Buy Brand 55 inch TV and set-up. I have five TV’s in my home, and three have been purchased (Samsungs) mounted and set up by Best Buy. Being a total tech member makes the transactions go smoothly and efficient.

The Geek squad installed my replacement 86-inch tv. After a self-home installation with my first 86-inch tv I know the task was to much for me. The crew arrived on time and the two technicians decided that they needed a third person and they put out the request and within an hour the additional help arrived and with swift order mounted the new tv on the wall above the fireplace. In addition they installed a new sound system to go with tv and then did all the setup and explanation on how to use the new equipment. I got this tv for my mom who only wanted a 43" so she could keep her entertainment center. She hadn't had a smart tv before and after seeing this one in the store for picture quality this is what she chose. It was easy for her to navigate and the apps she wanted for streaming - Britbox - were easy to install. She loves it.

The Geek guys are awesome. They are very careful. Aware of surroubdibgs. Wear booties to keep floors clean. Very polite. Know what thry are doing and efficient. Clean up before leaving.
