The installer was not familiar with the standard height to install a TV bracket. When my wife and I saw it we had him to lower it down to a more fair height. The holes were left on the wall which I had to patch up. Otherwise everything else went well.

these guys (and girl ) were the best -replaced an exsisting tv -were in and out and done within an hour !

I gave a 5 star because the second time Best Buy had to come out they corrected the mistake the first guys did.

This tv was $5000 when installed improperly by Best Buy, but 3 years later they charged again for their mistakes when it was about to fall of the wall. Been a customer for over 35 years and have Geek yearly support. Not Happy!

The installer was wonderful and very knowledgable. I wish I would have done this before. It frees so much space up in the living room. I would recommend this to anyone worried about hanging their TV.

Techs came early and did an excellent job installing my 65" Vizio with a full range of motion mount.

The 2 agents were well versed in what to do, each having a set of tasks to do in order to install mounting bracket and mount the tv. No wasted time or steps.

Geek Squad is the best when you need a professional install for something large like a tv. Their service is great and I’ve never had anyone do a bad job.
