The Geek Squad Totaltech service was amazing. They were very professional in mounting the 70” TV to the wall. We had also purchased the wrong outlet and they had a spare on the truck for us to buy thereby saving us time. They were also friendly and careful with our belongings.

The install team courteously asked if the tv was mounted at the right height for the larger size, saved me money by re-using my current wall mount, worked quickly to set-up and connect the tv properly, and allowed me to use the new remote as I knew how-they kindly took my dead tv to the loading dock for me as they leftA!

Agents called when they were about half an hour away. Arrived on time , were very professional and friendly. Installed, took time to show me how to operate, and cleaned up when they were done.

Excellent service. They were on time, and the installation of the TV and wall mount was quick and painless. Exactly were it was supposed to go and no issues with the placement and use. They made sure the TV was working and basic setups were complete.

The guys were awesome, they did an outstanding job, very quick and knowledgeable. Bedsides the tv, they also installed 2 rear in ceilings speakers for my home theater, at first it didn't work but they were able to find the perfect solution. They did a clean installation, you cannot see any wires. They cleaned the area of all debris. All I can say is outstanding!!!

The two gentlemen who came to mount my tv were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I felt like they were two friends helping me get my TV set up. They weren’t able to drop lines due to where my power outlet was placed, but they did their best to hide the power cords and honestly I can barely notice they are there. Will definitely be using them again!

We recently downsized and had the Geek Squad remove a wall mount TV and then install 2 wall mount TV's in our new home. The Geek Squad was on time, did a great job, Hassle Free. When you just don't have the time to do it yourself, Get the Geek Squad to do the install for you. You won't regret it. I had time to work on the other projects. Great team

I never have anyone fix/install anything for me. NEVER!! This time for my new Samsung 85" I did. I thought it would be mainly about the weight, but that was just 10-20% of the issue I would have faced doing it myself. I overhaul engines and transmissions, I installed solar in my camper and wired my shop, but THIS TIME I chose to have the GEEKS to do it. I am still congratulating myself for the dumb luck that made me make that decision. It was the tech side that would have been my undoing. I'm still patting myself on my back.

No problems with the installation or the people who installed the tv. Friendly made sure you understood what was happening and very professional. They explained everything and what to do.

Very professional service, asked us questions about what we wanted and set up the internet and tv settings for us. Aslo explained how to change settings.

It took us a ling time to decide to mount a tv on the wall, but we're glad we had the gook squad do it. We bought the tv a couple of days before super bowl so weren't surprised to wait a few days, otherwise it was easy to schedule. The technicians came right on schedule. They were considerate, knowledgeable, and efficient. Although we'd been watching the tv (with the stand) for a few days, they made a point to ensure we knew how to use all the features and made some suggestions to enhance our viewing experience. They didn't make a mess at all. The only glitch we had eas an assumption on our part that putting the wires inside the wall was part of the process. I wish the sales rep had mentioned it was extra. We found out the night before when the technician called to confirm. He did come prepared to do it dor us, but we decided not to spend the extra money. He ziptied the wires together and it's not bad since we have a cabinet below it. We've taken advantage of our total tech support membership on several occasions and have been satisfied with the value.

The installers were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and did an awesome job.

The agent asked us how tall we wanted the tv installed. He mounted it where we wanted it. After installation, he stayed to show us how to use hulu. Excellent installation skills.

Everything was good up to the installation day. Good communication good price, however, due to an increasingly poor national work ethic, the installer's helper did not show up so the installation wasn't done. Fortunately, my buddy was able to come over and we installed the wall mount and installed the 75" TV ourselves. Turned out great and probably for the better since you never know who's actually going to show up to do the work. Although the Geek Squad seemed to be all good otherwise.

Excellent job mounting our 2 85-inch TV's. They also made sure that the TV's were programmed correctly in order to receive the best picture possible

We cannot say enough good things about the two members of Geek Squad that came out to install our Samsung TV. Marco was so well equipped to handle unforeseen problems we had in our electrical setup. He showed his great character and patience in waiting until we got our electrical problems solved by an electrician. He had to come back after we had it fixed. I commend him and his co-worker, Tandy, for their excellent work and knowledge! We couldn't have asked for a more knowledgeable pair. It was a complicated and unusual setup. Thank you all.

The Geek squad from my local Princeton store came and did a great job putting up a 75” TV. This was not an easy task because how I wanted the room setup, They managed to exceed all my expectations and made the room into exactly what I wanted. The man cave is now complete. I would recommend for other in home installations.
