I purchased thed premium tv mounting because I wanted it done right. Jim, the tech did an excellent job of setting up, tv with existing equipment and explaining everything. Well worth the cost.

Geek Squad technicians cam when they said they would and completed in the installation quickly. They set-up the TV menus and options. Outstanding job!

They arrived on the scheduled time like they said they would to mount mt T.V. Work was professional and the job was done quick.

There were two installers. After the initial install the one with the knowledge had to leave. The person that was left behind to program the The TV to Direct TV could not complete the task. I was told that direct TV was at fault so the job was not completed and my wife and I never the proper instructions on the operations of our new TV. Direct TV was not at fault. The next day I called Best Buy and was able to program the the TV remote in less than 5 minutes. I would still like to know how to get the most out of my TV. " HELP"

so sad that store and geek squad don't communicate...after 3 attempts we finally got this installed... store was told of our unique situation (which was originally done by geek squad) needed 2 people due to being up in the air. very frustrating
