Geek Squad did an awesome job with the set-up of our new TV. The team was professional, friendly and connected our TV seamlessly. So worth the money!

The lady that came to do the work was amazing and super friendly.

The agents worked hard to remove the existing TV mount. It wasn’t an easy job but they kept at it and didn’t give up!

The installation was good. The technician needs to work on his ‘people skills’ when in people’s homes. His knowledge was expansive but he made it too technical for the average person to understand. He belittled our contractor in front of him and me rather than work with what we had. Was glad when it was over.

Crew arrived on time and did a great job. Cords are hidden and the box was attached to the tv mount with ties, very good value compared to other installers.
