I ended up not wanting my tv mounted. Geeksquad understood and adjusted without any hesitation.

I have to say the two people who installed this were AWESOME! Professional and great to work with.

I've had them out twice now to install and it is so worth the expense. They know what they're doing and trouble shoot when needed. They also call before arriving which I appreciate.

Dude did a great job mounting the tv. They wasn’t able to finish because they were sold out of the wall out let box to conceal the wires in the wall but he told me now to solve that and that he would come back and fix it and he did……like FOUR WEEKS LATER! It wasn’t the installer’s fault. It was Best Buy’s fault. I was supposed to get the cables out inside our walls the next weekend, which I was told we were scheduled for but nobody showed up. I called and they apologized and said they accidentally didn’t get me on the schedule so they scheduled me for the next weekend. Again, NOBODY SHOWED UP. I called and they said no one put me on the calendar. I CALLED AGAIN and was told I was on the calendar for the THIRD STRAIGHT WEEK IN A ROW. And somebody finally showed up. Took two days off work for nobody to show up for two straight weeks. Customer service was atrocious. The worst I’ve ever experienced. I won’t deal with that again.
