The agents who connected my TV were professional. I am delighted with their service.

We had an install scheduled for a Wednesday afternoon (between 12-4 PM) but the techs never showed up - I still don't know what happened. Even their supervisor at the store didn't know where they were. But, the store worked with me to make it right and the install ended up being rescheduled for the following Friday morning. They arrived around 0930 and executed a competent install. I'm a bit OCD about organizational things and I was pleased they made a good, level mount install. They also showed me how to make minute adjustments to screen rotation and made sure I retained the original mounting hardware for the old display. Pleased with the install so far, after the initial drama.

The Geek Squad team were on time and very professional with the services requested! I even received a backup call to see if I had any problems or questions! Very pleased!

Geek Squad set up my 65"tv. They were efficient, and helpful. I already had the wall mounts up so that helped. The lead tech gave me his card and said to call him anytime if I had any questions.

The guys were both knowledgeable & friendly. I already had the mounts attached so it did not take long at all. If they could have programmed my cable remote to control the on/off for the Vizio sound bar, I would have given them 5 stars instead of 4.

We delayed delivery and set up so we could be on Geek Squad’s schedule. When a third-party installed arrived with our TV, I was extremely disappointed. The installed did install the TV and closed the ticket even though he was unable to set up the headset as requested. Called the store at 8 pm when we discovered the headset was too advanced for the tv. Put on hold twice for a long time. Could have come to the store, bought a new headset that night. But with the long holds, time ran out. The next day I bought a new headset and optics cable. Set up another headset install appointment. The job was finally completed, but with many unnecessary delays.

The TV mount is okay. It does the job. The date and time getting it up was another story. The person was not a Best Buy employee and he came late in the evening instead of in the morning. We were not happy with that.

It was awesome. The team was very professional. Kudos.

the geek squad members that mounted my tv were very nice and were amazing with communication. They installed my tv and mounted it in a timely manner.

The agents mounted the TV in under 30 minutes. We have no devices connected to it.
