Easy to schedule, the installer showed up early, he was extremely efficient & did a clean, professional job installing our large flat screen TV and wall mount. NO wires or equipment visible. Very nice job. Highly recomm3nd!

Excellent install and service, these guys really know what they are doing and helped to trouble shoot and offer alternative solutions.

I see in reviews the service appears to be pricey, but the real question is do you want to struggle with mounting a large TV and messing it up for me the answer is it's worth the extra cost. If something goes wrong and the TV breaks while your friend is installing it, you are out of luck. At least Best Buy is a large enough company to "make it right." Since I had no outlet on the wall for behind the TV, and I wanted the wires hidden in the wall and I would have never thought of putting the wires through the wall were it not for the Geek Squad rep offering it to me. The day of the install, the Geek Squad technician called me with an estimated arrival window. When he showed up, he immediately put on booties to cover his shoes to protect my home flooring. I did not ask him to do so, he just did. He went straight to work, assessing where exactly I wanted the TV that would be best for my viewing angles and carefully removed the TV from the stand that it was on to get to work. He also hooked everything back up and gave me a tutorial on the TV settings, remotes, maneuverability of the mount itself (an articulating mounting bracket), and tips and tricks for getting the best picture from my viewing angle. Overall, the professionalism, attention to detail and end work product were outstanding and I would highly recommend this service.

I believe this was for the mounting on a floor stand that I provided, and delivery of the Best Buy Brand 55 inch TV and set-up. I have five TV’s in my home, and three have been purchased (Samsungs) mounted and set up by Best Buy. Being a total tech member makes the transactions go smoothly and efficient.

Installed mount for TV and were careful not to drill too fast in case there might be a pipe. Put TV up on mount and EL box in our cabinet. Explained how the hand controller worked and connected up our Channel Master DVR and paired its remote to TV. The TV itself has a lot of features which it will take a while to figure out but fortunately we can use the Channel Master remote to control it. In a few years we will need a new DVR that can receive the new version 3 TV format because the frame TV can't.

The workers that set up our equipment did it the way we asked and set up the workings of the TV before they were done. They hung the TV quick and secure. They also set up the old TV where I wanted it in the basement and set up my Bose system to it. Very happy with the experience.

I've been a longtime satisfied Geeksquad member which I've used for tech assistance with my computers & related devices. So it was a relief to learn that Geeksquad offers installation and TV-support services when I was looking for a new smart TV. In fact, that was the key decision factor to purchase the TV from Best Buy. Geeksquad was used to deliver and install/mount my new TV & wall mount. The install price was comparable to other companies offering TV install services, but I decided to upgrade my annual membership to include all IT-related household items with home service. Although there was a glitch with my original install date, Geeksquad was very responsive in explaining what happened & rescheduling as soon as possible. They sent two very professional & customer service oriented gentleman who delivered, installed and set up the new smart TV. They walked me thru all the features of the TV, speakers, remote controls before leaving. They left my place clean & took all the packing materials away, leaving the place clean. I haven't had any issues since they installed the TV, but feel relieved that I can call for help if needed on another day and for other IT issues.

The Geek Squad folks that installed my TV did an excellent job very efficient. and cleaned up everything and made sure it was working and I understood it.

The agents mounted our tv and did a good job. They took the time to measure. The tv went on a very large wall and they took the time to make sure it was centered properly. They even asked at what height we wanted the tv placed. The only issue we had was with customer service over the phone scheduling the appointment. We made it clear that we also wanted Geek Squad to hide the wires behind the tv. Customer service never relayed that to Geek Squad. So when they showed up they didn’t have the required parts so we had to wait an additional 2 weeks to have that kit delivered and installed. All in all it worked out and it looks great. When speaking to customer service, have them repeat what you’re having done so there is no confusion.

Agents came in, mounted my TV and took away the older one. I was skeptical first about the service (I had never done it before), but after the service.. I was extremely satisfied! I definitely recommend it and the agents that came by to mount the tv were extremely kind.

Victor is worth his weight in gold! He was very professional in his installation. He was knowledgeable and took his time in explaining how to use the different features of the TV as well as with my cable box.

The Geek Squad people were very knowledgeable and tried very hard to get the installation accomplished. Unfortunately there were a few hiccups and they had to return a couple of times. But it's all working well now and we love the results.

The techs were knowledgeable and professional. They took the time to answer all of my questions and make sure the setup and installation was done as I wanted.

The two team members who showed up as they promised on time and did the job quickly. Due to the size of the TV this was money well spent to make sure I didn't do anything I would regret later in trying to wall mount this tv.

Daniella and her associate made installing my SONY TV so very stress free. They were very quickly and efficient, and having to connect both DirecTV and DISH receiver boxes, they made it possible for us to accommodate both TV outlets. And when they were done, they were nice enough to tutor us, as to how to turn-on each available satellite unit along with the DVD player.

very professional and quick. they knew what they were doing and communicated how they were setting up the TV. they even looked at the audio setup I have in my new house and made recommendations on how to make it work.

Great job! I was very impressed with the two ladies who installed the tv bracket & 75” tv. The knew exactly what to do and asked me the correct questions to help me decide the location & height of the tv. It perfect!
