My 75" is exactly what I dreamed it would be. As a new home owner I wanted to definitely upgrade from 40" sitting on the dresser.

The guys who installed our tv did a very good job installing it properly on our wall as we requested. They were professional and efficient.

They did an ok job. In terms of fastening it to the wall securely and fastening it to the tv securely, and being professional: 5/5. But the other part of it that they didn't do so well, is that you really have to start with where you want the tv to be, in all 3 dimensions, and then work backwards from there to position the mount. They didn't do that, and It ended up in kind of an awkward, less than ideal location imo. And of course once you've positioned it, there is really no changing it.

one of the installers (not Geek Squad) had an emergency so they almost cancelled the appointment, they ended up coming out at the end of the day and completing half the job, then they came back the next day to complete.

Professional, courteous. The techs were later than expected but called well in advance to confirm delay was acceptable. The installation was timely. I am very pleased with the end result.
