Was told that witb tbe mount that I bought they couldn't guarantee that the TV would be level, and it isn't. They tried to upsell me to a different mount that they had in the van, and that mount could guarantee a level TV.

The agents mounted my TV very quickly, centered, and did excellent quality work. They were very personable and professional as well. Highly recommend this service.

I was given a 4-hour window in which to expect the installers to arrive. After four hours of no contact, I called, and all they said was that they were running late, as if I didn't already know that. They finally arrived, without a call that they were on the way, 2 1/2 hours late! They were not professionally dressed, nor did they have any Geek Squad ID. The one man who arrived had a t-shirt that was way too short, and his stomach hung below the shirt and over the top of his gym shorts. Then he kept using the shirt to wipe his face with it. He decided, with very dirty hands, to put the TV on my new white sofa, and left dirty marks. The two men kept sliding metal pieces and tools across the top of my new black credenza, and put numerous scratches on the top. While installing the TV, they told me about two lawsuits they were currently involved in due to their work!!! They did clean up after all was done, but did nothing about the black spots left on the sofa or the scratches on the furniture. They had unplugged our soundbar, cable box, etc., and did not set that back up; they turned the TV on and off and left. The TV is not level due to the wall mount they installed. I gave this one star because negative stars were not an option. For $250, I expected much better service. Next time, I will let my 5-year-old grandson do the installation.

I can install electronics myself, though I don’t have a large enough vehicle to carry a 65” TV and I’m aware of how fragile TVs are today, so I picked the install service. A+++++++

This bracket was ordered on line and promptly delivered. Installation was easily completed and works great. This is our second bracket and we knew it was just what we needed.

The agents mounted my TV and they did a custom installation based on the fact that they could not use two wall studs. They were on time, and finished within 30 minutes.

They arrived a little late and made a bit more of a mess than they should have. The TV, however, seems well mounted. There are likely similar, if not better, services you could purchase for less money.

They did an amazing job. They were quick, efficient and friendly. They cleaned up as they went along and offered to connect additional wires Etc.
