We had Greg install our new Samsung 65 Smart TV in the Family Room. As usual he was promptly on time, very professional and careful during installation. He has installed many TVs for us in our home and every time it is a pleasure to catch up with him. He truly is the best and I highly recommend him for Installations.

I’m always worried when someone comes to work on the house. Geek squad always sends out nice and competent people who do great work. The man who installed our TVs took a real interest in the job and it turned out great. Worth every penny!

Installation team took my input making sure to create the experience I was seeking and were efficient in completing the project in timely manner. Kind of expensive but thier experience and know how was well worth it.

Chris, the Geek Squad Technician and his assistant were most professional and answered all questions fully. They advised me as to what they were doing each step of the installation. They placed the TV at the height and centered as I requested. They also mounted the TV to the wall and connected my VHS/CD unit and my security camera box to the TV. They tested all connections to ensure they were functioning. They were exceptional in every aspect of their job performance and dealing with my questions.

The Geek Squad did an excellent job with the hookup and hanging of my new entertainment system. The TV was put in perfect and the sound bar and subwoofer works great together. They explained everything and showed us how to operate the system.

The techs Emil & Wolf did an amazing job, very pleased!!

I had a contractor come to my home and do instillations 2 times. He was very friendly, efficient, explained everything he was doing, and even came back on his own time to fix an issue that we had. He worked really hard to make sure that everything was to our satisfaction. I would recommend him to anyone in the Central Mo Area.

The installation was flawless and that was the key to me and my wife as we are both handicapped. The two young men that came out, I'm sorry I don't remember their names off hand. They did a Flawless installation without a single mark on the blood dark red wall that it mounts on. All it takes is a bump to disturb the color. What was important was after being shown how to operate the new smart TV it was hard to absorb everything at once. And about the time I was going to call back to the young men that did the installation they called me to see if I was having any problems or concerns. Much to my surprise they had an opening in time the following day and volunteered to come back out and go through it with me again. In this day and time it's hard to find anyone that follows up that well with their service. So the young men from The Geek Squad in Morehead City North Carolina are an outstanding voice for The Geek Squad here. I would highly recommend them to anyone who asked.

Installers took my previous tiv down from wall detached the mounting brackets, installed them on new TV and mounted it. We reatached the peripheral units in the same ports as the previous tv and then they went through the setup and made sure I knew the features of the new tv. Did far more than a basic mounting. Very impressed with the service.

I was replacing an installed TV with a new TV. It was simple and easy to schedule the job. The two man crew arrived on time, they were Covid conscious and safe. They completed the work quickly without trying to sell us anything we didn’t need and were on their way in less than a half hour. Excellent work

Geek squad is just amazing. Called the day prior to make sure I had everything to mount the television. And gave me a more exact time frame as until when they would arrive to do the installation. Very professional and honest. Will definitely use geek squad again.

Excellent picture and colors. Easy to use. Love it!! the Geek Squad installed the TV on the wall with a mount I purchased. They were professional, timely, helpful & professional. The Geek Squad package we love and purchase one for every purchase that has it available. Worth the money.

Today I was scheduled to have a new TV and soundbar installed. When I took the installers into the room and explained what I wanted to do, they told me that the TV I had bought couldn’t get Spectrum directly and I would need a Roku. That defeated my reason for the purchase, so they told me the name of the brand I needed and stopped everything until I could go down and exchange everything for a TV (same price) that had Spectrum as part of the installed options. They could have installed the TV and sound bar without saying anything and saved themselves some extra time and delay, but ended up with a frustrated customer. As it was, I went to the store and they made sure I was completely taken care of at no extra cost and set up a rush install for me! So thankful to the entire Grand Junction store….

My 55 inch Samsung was installed and connections tested. I do not have a wall mount for this TV. The installation person did the job very efficiently. TV has great picture and excellent audio output.0p

Crew came in and did a fantastic job of mounted and installing TV to our specifications. They were fast and clean and left no sign of being there. Set up the TV and showed basic things. Wish they had showed us how to dismount the TV from the wall mount. Worth every penny for the installation!

The technician from Geek Squad was great! He patiently waited for me to go the hardware store to purchase the the right size bolts that were needed to mount the TV on my stand. Initially Best Buy offered us a third party company for an earlier delivery/installation date but they were unreliable. The third party canceled with us 3 times. As a result, we were very close to canceling our purchase Best Buy should only use Geek Squad!!

The service provided was excellent but for just the replacement of the projector it was exorbitantly expensive.

The team were awesome and very professional. They consulted with us as to where we wanted the TV’s installed and gave us their professional opinions and explained their process each step of the way.
