I definitely enjoyed their professionalism. They quickly called to confirm their arrival. They unpacked the items with care, set about their tasks, and cleaned as they went. They were very friendly and offered to help set up any devices I wanted, as well as making sure my TV was mounted securely. They were surprised at such a large TV to be mounted, but they stepped up to the plate and made sure my TV was secured, and ready for use. Money well spent

When you purchase a 75 inch TV you don’t want to mess around with installing it yourself. You really want a professional job because you wanted to look right and work well. Our geek squad technician Riley did a amazing job and covered all the details. I would highly recommend it.

I got this tv for my mom who only wanted a 43" so she could keep her entertainment center. She hadn't had a smart tv before and after seeing this one in the store for picture quality this is what she chose. It was easy for her to navigate and the apps she wanted for streaming - Britbox - were easy to install. She loves it.

these 2 guys were great! So helpful. showed us how to use the remote. Gave me his phone # to call him if I had any difficulty. They mounted our tv to wall, in minutes, which would have taken my husband and I hours to figure out. Now I know it won't fall off!

The Geek Squad that came to my home to install my tv were professional to the max. Brandon was the main person doing the physical installation. I don't remember the name of the lady that was with him but she did the technical setup. Both of them were very polite, knowledgeable, and answered any question I had. Normally I will set things up myself but I am very glad I had them come do it. They made sure that I knew how to operate the remote and explained the features on it. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Geek Squad was incredible. My larger TV was delivered a week before installation. The day before my two TV installs (smaller was initially to be picked up and brought with the Geek Squad member), I got a call that the TV was not available, and I'd have to have a second install date for it. My Geek Squad guy got to the store on the Saturday to pick up the soundbar...he realized he couldn't pick up the TV because it wasn't there so he worked with one of his coworkers to have the coworker pick up the TV from a different store. So all in all, one day, two TVs and one soundbar all installed! Great work by your team. Apologies I don't have the gentleman's name, but he and his buddy were great!

Two guys came out from geek squad to install my 70” tv. They were pretty quick with install and cleaned up behind themselves. The original mount that I purchased didn’t work for the studs in my wall. So the guy boxed everything back up for me and allowed me to purchase one right out of his truck from bestbuy. Geek squad is awesome!

As good as it gets. Could not be more pleased. Small calibrations to my taste have a great picture. SDR on dish is very good and HDR on Fire Stick is amazing. Excellent AAA+++

I had my new TV mounted on the wall by the Geek Squad and the two gentleman were very knowledgeable and great to work with. They made sure I was satisfied with the position of the TV and also while discussing the placement I mentioned the only downside were the cables running down the wall. They proceed to tell me that they have a part on the truck that can fix that and installed the wires behind the wall. The customer service was well beyond expectations and would recommend their service to anyone. Very pleased.

Purchased the geek plan with our tv. Both installers were professional and courtious. They did the job quickly, took precautions to keep our home clean while working and cleaned up after the install. They also stayed with us to answer ALL of our questions and provided additional information we had not thought to ask about.

I purchased the Total Tech for the year when I was buying a new Samsung 50 inch TV. The Total Tech cost the same as the delivery and installation for my new TV. So I broken even on just that one purchase. Then I bought a lot of Tech for the family, such as, iPad, iPod Home, AirPods, etc. and they are all covered too. Then, I purchased a new gas dryer. Not only is it covered too, but I also am getting free delivery and installation as part of the Total Tech. It has saved me a bundle already even though I haven’t had and issues with any of the items I’ve purchased. The delivery and set up crew for my TV to my vacation home 100 miles away were professional, courteous and great communicators. If you are going to being buying a lot of stuff it’s totally worth it! You only need one installation purchase to break even. After that everything is gravy.

OMG, They came out with my new TV and unwrapped it and got down the part that needed to connect to the wall mount off the old set. They got it mounted and then got my WIFI and Fire TV and Cubi Apps plus all the other ones I watch on. They showed me how to use the remote. Thank you very much because it is quite different from my old one. They would have mounted my old TV downstairs but I was not ready for that. They picked up all the trash from the TV and it has been perfect since.

We were so pleased with the Geek Squad that came to our home. They were so efficient and knowledgeable, and quickly and easily removed the old tv and installed the new one! They helped us understand the remote, and how to get the best use out of our new tv!

Geek Squad - Steve, was very professional and efficient when installing our new 55”TV on the wall. He was very respectful of our living room, and careful not to make a mess, and cleaned up after himself. He explained everything and made sure we understood what he was saying. Was very pleased with his service!!

I was a bit worried about how Best Buy would install my tv. But it went great and have had no issues. They were quick and efficient which i appeeciated.

The Squad was so quick , professional and connected everything to the new tv. I loved the teamwork to vacuum the dust from drilling for the mount. I didn't expect them to reconnect all the devices and set up the tv, but they did and checked to make sure everything worked.
