I bought this Sony upgrade 65 inch tv because the graphics were great in the store. Not quite as great at home but still better than my other tvs

Very difficult time navigating back and forth between dvd and tv. 43 inch tv and DVD player in second tv has no sound since December 19 installation. Called 4 times to geek squad and was never connected. Was on hills 38 minutes last time. Finally got connected via internet to agent on December 23 rd. She could not resolve problems and scheduled tech to come out January 9 th for problem. 17 days later. Inexcusable after paying $350 for full support service. Don’t blame Covid!!!!
