Very pleased with everything. Personnel were very professional

Two man crew, very knowledgeable, nice, and professional. They were also able to answer other questions I had about the TV. They did a good job hooking up the TV, DVD, sound bar.

The person who initially took the order, inaccurately stated I wanted a Television mounted on a wall. I was having problems with my surround sound. The service people were understanding and did a good job hooking my sound system up. After this event, I had to call the Geek Squad again for different problems not related to the first, it was difficult to communicate with them online. I was told on two separate occasions there was a 4-5 hour wait. My problem is still not resolved.

The agent did a wonderful job finding studs which was difficult n unusual. Informed my wife everything while I was at work n set everything up in a timely manor.

Install successful computer much faster and all data transferred to new drive

The agents mounted all the equipment efficiently and with excellent workmanship. They went beyond my expectations in setting up all of my equipment.

The agents that mounted my tv did not mph t this correctly. I found screws and other items left over I the box. Great product just installed wrong.
