Excellent product and superior customer services who came to install the mount and 43” TV.

The installers were on tine and knew what they were doing, hooked up tv, sound bar and cable.

The TV went out 4 hours later. Then it seriously became a nightmare. They have been at my house each week since the 1st of February. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else!! Yes, I spent money on a protection plan, and they told me it may take at least another three weeks to correct it. I do not have 7-8 weeks to take off from work, do you?

Dismount & mount of new TV was fine, but the setup was marginal. Not familiar with IPTV, which uses the Wi-Fi. Had to schedule a service call with Grande/ Astound to complete setup. Have had good experience with Best Buy and Geek Squad in the past, but not this time.

Excellent and timely service provided by the Greek Squad. They cleaned up and took all the trash. Professional work done by BB.

Calculation of my invoice was improper, and the several rewards certifications I had did not all post on the invoice. The manager then had to include a discount override to meet the right cost basis. Furthermore the rewards were not reflected as a lump sum adjustment but rather as a discount to each line item, confusing the issue. My Geek Squad appointment appears to be with Squad members only affiliated with the Magnolia section of the Columbus Ave Store. When I called the general geek squad number they could not adjust my appointment. It remains an open issue.

When you spend 3-4 k on a tv it is worth the money to get the risk of damage off of you. Just leave it to the professionals.
