The delivery and installation experience from the Geek Squad team was fabulous. Very professional and unbelievably fast.

The agents removed and installed a new projector. The agents that came were exceptional. Later I had universal remote programmed. Agents are super and I would not hesitate to have Geek Squad come again. I will continue to call when I need help with electronics or other.

They did an excellent job of handling the tv with care & putting it in a better position on the wall than l previously had. Also was helpful in making sure l had it setup & working properly before they left.

Install tech Rich asked for my position desire, gave rough idea of placement then installed as per my desire. Limited drilling into wall then secured all after mounting. Set up TV quickly and gave easy to understand instructions along with answering all questions.

And if I drop the Television, well I would be the one that buys another. They drop it and I wait for them to get a new one. Why is this even questioned? Think about it. They measure, find the stud, mark the best places for my preference, install Television. Note; I did not like my first TV, it was not OLED and, it was something I felt was not a good match. The TV and I had our differences. We decided to part, and Here is a great reason to get the tech membership; they brought in the new TV I ordered and installed the new one, refunded and hauled off the previously purchased one, no charges. Oh and they are pretty good with the tech stuff if you want to bounce questions off them. Professional, and they wear those things that keep mud outside. It truly is the little things in life.

Geek squad was great on the mounting and install of my new tv. Very cheerful, easy to wor, with, answered all questions, very neat...even wore slip on dust shoe covers to protect my floor.

I REALLY DIDNT WANT TO SPEND THE MONEY BUT SO GLAD I DID. MY HERO HUSBAND HAD THE OLD ONE HANGING CROOKED AND LOOSE. I FEEL COMFORTABLE ADJUSTING THE TILT NOT TO MENTION A PAIR OF KNOWLEDGEABLE MEN DOING ONE FABULOUS JOB, CLEANED UP WHEN UNBOXING ETC...PERFECT JOB

Geek squad crew did a fabulous job with install and clean up. They were very professionally and friendly and efficient at their job. I would ask for them not third party contractors from Best Buy.

Reps called in advance of arriving. They showed up on time, quickly reviewed mounting location and went to work. Offered to use a better/different mount that was initially purchased (had on their truck). Quick, efficient and most importantly polite during the whole process.

The tv is fantastic, easy to use and has an excellent picture. The Geek Squad connected the Tv to my Bose Sound Bar and it’s wonderful. The quality of the picture and sound are amazing.

This is the second time I’ve had the Geek Squad mount & setup a large screen TV. I am even more impressed this time. The service people did a very complete and very professional job. Not just with the setup of my TV but also integration of a new 4K Blu-ray player, DIRECTV plus all the remotes (which were numerous). From person experience I can say, experimenting with the connection of unfamiliar technologies is fraught with problems. Save yourself lots of headaches and get the best from the hardware you’ve bought. Hire the Geek Squad rest assured the job will be done right.....the first time!

The team From Geek Squad answered all my questions. They were meticulous in making sure all was perfect. When that picture came on it just took you breath away. Thanks to the gentle in the Geek Squad that made this posible.

The geek squad sent out to highly qualified guys to install two TVs. They did a great job from start to finish. The install went smoother than I anticipated. They were very knowledgeable with the set up of these TVs. They answered questions like pros and I would highly recommend their services.

On Feb 10, 2021, Best Buy Geek Squad delivered & installed our new Samsung 55 Smart flat screen TV. They removed old wall mounted TV that was declared no longer useful by Selectronics, Inc. Geek Squad Agent Kendall Baker with trainee Jacob were supervised by Mgr Michael Hooge during installation & set up of the new TV. Within 35 minutes new TV was up & running perfectly. Kendall made certain that I was familiar with operating it & arranged my apps in order of how we used them. All three men were very polite, courteous & able to answer any questions asked. They left my home clean of all debris from old TV & new packaging. It was a pleasure to witness their speed & efficiency. If rating was higher than 5 stars I would have given the most possible. Concerned initially that it wasn't the Geek Squad who installed. However, technicians were professional and knowledgeable. Connected and mounted without an issue. Very satisfied with the service.

My new TV is great. I love the picture and ease of setup. My only issue is with Sony and AT&T TV. They do not have the app so I used an AT&T TV box and it works well. I also love the audio from it as well. No need for elaborate audio equipment.

Install was quick and looks great! I had an incompatible mount but agents had spare ones available and saved the day. Saved me a lot of time and headache. Worth every penny.

The two agents were very helpful and extremely knowledgeable about their job. Lead agent patiently explained how and what he was doing, then they both demonstrated all we needed to know to enjoy it.
