Geek Squad crew was professional installing what had to be completed.

The guys got it on the wall, quickly and neatly, then got everything all hooked back up.

The mounting was quick the staff was fast knowledgeable curious. My tv looks great on my wall.

Geek squad took there time and careful mount mine Samsung 82” tv on a file place and connect all accessories and wire with clean look.

I was scheduled the week after Black Friday to install a frame tv. My wife took off from work a half day to be home for installation. At the end of the day installers were a no show no call. Upon talking to customer service I was told it was the manufacturers fault for not having inventory. After talking to the manager at my local Best Buy I found this to be a lie. We finally got it installed a week later which did go pretty smoothly. We really like the tv but the customer service was very bad. All they would compensate for my wife missing a half day was a $50 gift card and never to ownership for what happened only tried to make excuses…

TV delivery and set up was excellent! The squad fellas were pleasant and efficient!

Technicians showed up on time and did a fabulous installation. I contemplated installing the TV myself. I was glad I went with the pros.
