They were awesome. In and out. Prepped, cleaned up during and after. Polite and efficient. Could not have done better.

Setup of my 85Inch Samsung TV went smooth. The crew was very friendly and accommodating.

The agents were prompt, friendly, and courteous. The tv was installed quickly and confidently. They even walked us thru the setup process.

If you need tech support regularly like i do, this is the program for you.

The agent responded quickly and assisted my wife and I in learning the set up of our new TV.

The agents installed my daughter’s wall mount and made sure her TV and video game console all worked.

I paid for my components connected to the TV only to find out that they don’t connect audio components. So that means I just paid for my X-Box to be connected. I could have done that myself. I couldn’t have my Sound bar put up because they don’t drill holes in the wall . They wanted to sell me Sound bar holder and assemble cost. I just brought the TV AND THE COST OF PUTTING IT ON THE WALL and adding the price of connecting the X-Box. Not happy. Wasn’t informed on what they put up. I would like to have my Sound Bar installed. At a reasonable price. I already have the Sound bar kit.

Both installation techs were excellant. On time, communicative & knowledgeable.
