They came the day after Christmas and installed two TV's. They were professional and provided great service. I would definitely recommend their services.

I wouldn’t use anyone else but these technicians from Best Buy. Knowledgeable and quick. They also take time to educate you on everything!

Geek Squad did a great job of mounting and setting up my new 55" Roku television. The tech made sure everything was working like it should. They were very courteous and got it done in a reasonable amount of time. Well worth the money.

the agents connected my tv and sound bar and left me with many disconnected wires and i do not go where they go . Josh left me with his phone # to call if i had any questions . when i called he did not answer and he never returned my call . hence Geek Squad is scheduled to return on Sept 20 to finish the job . And with that call to Best Buy cust. service , i am very happy with how i was helped . i will await the visit from Geek Squad on Sept 20th thank you very much

The two guys that came to center and hang my tv were great. They worked well together and got the job done! I would recommend them.

I was a little disappointed with my install. The Samsung rep in the store recommended a circular wiring panel with our TV so we don’t have a lot of wires hanging out. The GS representatives said they couldn’t do it because we could get cable through the spectrum TV App. The Ethernet wires are still hanging out with the Apple TV. The main reason I used the service was not accomplished for $200 which is pricey just to mount a TV to the wall. They were on time though and that’s the only reason for 2 stars.

Turned out to be a difficult installation -- took two trips to work through the details (much downloading of new codes for the remote). Best Buy crew did a great job --
