I had the new LG OLED mounted to my wall. It was my first tv that I had mounted. They were here on time set it up perfectly and it took less than an hour!!!! GREAT JOB!!!!!

The agent did install & mount 2 tvs. 1 looks great, 1 is tilted & wall plates left off. We were never told he didn’t have items. Lowes was very helpful in telling us what we needed. This was dangerous with pets to have access to wires. The third tv needed to be anchored to wall. It was above the tv connected to old straps. Looked terrible, He said he’d never done this type of job , but also he didn’t ask.

The two guys from Geek Squad were absolutely pros. They were polite and I hope I use them again.

Agents moved my old mount where I needed for the larger TV, hung the new TV 85" and reconnected to my system. Looks great and everything works as before.

This service was the worst customer experience I've ever had, and I work in Business Banking for JPMorgan. The service does not include the mount and it should explicitly say that in the title. Two uneducated gentlemen showed up with the 8k TV i just paid a lot of money for LAYING FLAT, in a personal vehicle, wearing no Geek ID nor uniform to match. The men were not very educated on the TV. They thought since I got the Premium Mountint service, that the mount was inside the box.... it was not. This was such a bad experience, I had to ask tjem to leave. They left everything half opened and my living room a mess. The refund process was absurd. I had to wait 5 business days in order to request a refund after waiting on hold for more than 20 minutes. Absurd, poor, and negligent service. Never again. This also depends on the area and neighborhood that your store is located.
