Very professional and personable technicians came to mount and install two TV sets. This is the third time I have had the Geek Squad to install TVs in the last 10 years and they never disappoint me. Great job!! Thank you and highly recommend this Best Buy service.

The installers were professional, courteous and totally upfront about not needing some items I purchased (in-wall cable concealer, couldn't use it due to the nature of the mounting). They were great about making sure to position it where I wanted and also hauled the box/trash with them afterwards so I didn't have to worry about it. I recommend TotalTech because install for both TVs I purchased was free (just needed to buy the mounts).

When we finally got the TV. The crew that came to “tweak it” were phenomenal. They spent so much time with us and assured that we knew how to do everything. This was the Geek Squad, NOT their subcontractor. One of which “gave up” and left us. Ergo, the Geek Squad tweaking. The sub did a great job of mounting, and doing the basics. But any challenges were beyond them. Ask for eh Geek Squad to do your install.

I recently had Geek Squad install our mount and TVs at our day program, and I can't say enough good things about the experience. They did a fantastic, efficient job and left the area clean afterward. The installation looks perfect! I highly recommend their services to anyone in need.

The 2 workers did an excellent job installing my new 65in tv on the wall. They were very professional and friendly. I really appreciate the extra effort they put into cleaning up the dust from drilling, wearing shoe covers without being asked to, respecting me and my home, and being very helpful in showing me how to operate everything. I would highly recommend the 2 workers I had, I feel kind of bad that I don’t remember their names but they did a superb job and made me felt happy to be a Best Buy customer.

I cannot speak highly enough of the gentleman that came to do the install the first TV they put up came cracked inside from the factory. They took it down went to one of the closest Best Buy‘s swapped it out brought it back to my house and installed it they did an awesome job, the boxes the Styrofoam set up the TV for me being disabled. They treated me like if I was a relative I cannot speak highly enough about these two men.

Because this is an 85 inch TV, the agents made sure that the wall mount would hold. The agent pulled and pushed on the mount to make sure. The agent explained the TV very clearly. So much better than installing and figuring it out ourselves.

We actually had a contractor come (rather than direct Geek Squad employees). The time scheduled was slightly off. Store repeatedly gave me the time "between noon and 4pm", even still repeating it after the end time of 4pm. The contractor called about 5 pm (turns out his afternoon hours always go thru 5pm (not 4 pm), he did arrive before 5:30 and had the installation done within a couple hours. His work was fine, he knew what he was doing, and answered questions for us. My issue is not with him or his work, but with the store on the mis-communication of timing. I was ready and waiting at noon (the beginning of the mentioned time), and 5 hours later, I was still waiting. Need to narrow the time frame to 2-3 hours, and actually have the contractors on the same time basis as the Geed Squad direct employees would be.

Very professional, prompt and courteous service. Installed the new TV, hauled off the old one and they were in and out in less than an hour. Very friendly and easy to deal with. Highly recommend.

The installation and setup itself were excellent but there were a few issues that make 3 stars the most I can give. I knew exactly what tv I wanted when I came in and saw that they were in stock in a display. I told him I wanted it delivered and mounted and he rung me up quickly. That is where the communication aspect broke down. Considering the price of the delivery and mounting, I incorrectly assumed that the actual mount was included and the associate in his haste neglected to inform me that it was not. The morning of the delivery, the driver called and informed me that there was no mount and that it would be an additional charge or I could reschedule after I had my own mount. My next available off day was 5 days later so I went ahead and purchased once that he offered. I did eventually get the price of the mount refunded after speaking with a manager but in hindsight, I would have just had regular delivery, bought my own mount and had someone else install it which would have saved me another 50-70 dollars.

The two person team that came in to install the TV, receiver, DVD player, and TV mount came a bit later that when they said they would but they kept me informed until they got here so I had no worries. They made my life very easy by unpacking everything, uninstalling my previous gear, and installing the new things and then setting it up to work properly. It took them a bit more than half a day to do that and when they were done, I had a system that was up and running with not effort on my part.

The installation was relatively simple – I already had a 5.1 Speaker system from my previous TV setup, and the new TV simply stands on a glass unit that houses the amp/tuner, DVD player, etc., so no wall mount needed. But the guys worked efficiently, respectfully, and smartly. Great team!

Installers were helpful in explaining the mounting system, some remote control features I was unaware of, and explaining how the television automatically adjusts the the picture to the quality of the feed. Met them at the door and walked through the removal of the old television, relocating the mount, and installing the new unit. Walked me through the features and took the time to let me try so I understood how to get to some menus. Friendly, courteous, professional - second installation from Mission Viejo Geek Squad and both times were excellent.

First of all, they call you with an ETA and are on point. So professional, knowledgeable and kind, taught me how to use the remote with all of its features as well as how to move the TV around with the full motion wall mount. The set up looks so good, I forget that it's my living room and not a showroom display. Thanks again!!

My first use of Geek Squad to come into my house and the Tech did a fine job. He took our new 4k TV and mounted it right where we wanted, he took the time to ensure he made a minimum of mess and clean up after he was complete. He helped to get the TV connected to our WiFi and was very knowledgeable. We will no longer be hesitant to use Geek Squad again.
