We needed a TV mounted in our conference room, and geek squad arrived right on time and mounted it in under 30 minutes. We will be using them again.

The technicians knew exactly what to do, quickly mounted it and had it up and running in no time.

The setup went quickly. One of the techs kept my tape measure, other than that it was okay.

Enjoying the TV--great picture. Squad was helpful, made adjustments as I requested.

Agents did not accurately credit my account for upgraded TV and accessories I did not need. Also, he did not correctly program my remote, and did not correctly complete TV set up. Had to have Best Buy agent return, and then had to have my cable company come and ultimately fix problems. Very disappointed. Not satisfied. Not worth $249.00 installation charge. Also, telephone customer service help marginal, system was not set up to allow them to make adjustments and corrections.

Could not have been more pleased with the work performed. An old plasma removed from our existing entertainment center and seamlessly replaced. Great job!

Geek Squad did a great job mounting our 65" on the wall, looks so much better than sitting on a stand!

The Geek Squad mounter my new 75" HDTV, connected all devices, and guided me thru the set up process. They also moved my old HDTV upstairs and set that one up as well. The new HDTV is another issue. On my second TV and the picture quality is terrible. Geek Squad hinted that it was my DISH equipment that was not state of the art. Did make a call to DISH to have them trouble shoot my problem. They said I have the latest Hopper and the settings are all just perfect for this set. Totally disappointed in the Samsung HDTV set this time around.
