Concerned initially that it wasn't the Geek Squad who installed. However, technicians were professional and knowledgeable. Connected and mounted without an issue. Very satisfied with the service.

The two guys that came out to install a full motion wall mount for me were great. On time, professional and thorough. There was one little thing i had to call them back for, and they were just as good the second time around. I was nervous using Geek squad after seeing some of the reviews. Thankfully my experience was a good one

Well worth the extra money spent for installation. Fast, professional, and clean up after themselves when job was completed. Most definitely will add in future purchases that need installation!

The agent set up my TV and speaker system and walked me through the key features. He was extremely knowledgeable.

The agents removed and installed a new projector. The agents that came were exceptional. Later I had universal remote programmed. Agents are super and I would not hesitate to have Geek Squad come again. I will continue to call when I need help with electronics or other.

Rudy with the GS @ Myrtle Beach Store was awesome in every way possible in my book! As with my salesman at the store where I bought the Sony A9G, I also felt like I hit the lottery getting Rudy as my GS tech. As I stated when writing a review for David, my salesman, I almost never write reviews for anything, but when you get a person that goes out of their way to do the little extra things, I feel obligated to praise them! I'm a Self Employed work at home guy that sells my services in the freight business, so I know a thing or two about doing the little things for customers just to make sure they're happy. GS has already been to my home on 4 different occasions for wall mounting my TV's and setting up my new computer, and this makes it the 5th time. There's only 2 guys I've had the pleasure to work in my home, and RUDY is one of the 2!!! Even vacuumed my floor before he left, never had that happen before? If anyone is looking for GS services on wall mounting their TV, ask for Rudy and or AJ, you won't be disappointed!!!

the Geeks showed up on time and installed everything safely and did not make a mess. the Geeks were knowledgeable and friendly.

I REALLY DIDNT WANT TO SPEND THE MONEY BUT SO GLAD I DID. MY HERO HUSBAND HAD THE OLD ONE HANGING CROOKED AND LOOSE. I FEEL COMFORTABLE ADJUSTING THE TILT NOT TO MENTION A PAIR OF KNOWLEDGEABLE MEN DOING ONE FABULOUS JOB, CLEANED UP WHEN UNBOXING ETC...PERFECT JOB

The tv looks great on the wall. The technicians were very nice. There were a couple of scheduling difficulties. They canceled the first appointment and the second appointment had some issues as well. They cut the hole for the cable/power bridge too large, even with the supplied template. They glued/caulked a piece of the sheetrock in to fill it in. Not a real professional way to fix their error. It is behind the tv so i guess it won't be seen. But i will have to deal with it if we ever move someday.

The technicians were on time, respectful, and efficient. My wife had questions about mounting options and they took their time to listen and guide us to deciding on what would work best for our setup. They unmounted our old tv and cleared up the mess from drilling as well as the packing material of the new tv.

The whole experience with the initial consultation, delivery and setup was nothing short of exemplary!! I felt very confident from the minute the Geek Squad consultant walked in the door! Which is not usual for me. I thought it was going to be a difficult install into brick. But they did a very timely and efficient job on it! Great, great job Matt! Would use them again in a minute! Would definitely recommend them to all my neighbors!

This is the second time I’ve had the Geek Squad mount & setup a large screen TV. I am even more impressed this time. The service people did a very complete and very professional job. Not just with the setup of my TV but also integration of a new 4K Blu-ray player, DIRECTV plus all the remotes (which were numerous). From person experience I can say, experimenting with the connection of unfamiliar technologies is fraught with problems. Save yourself lots of headaches and get the best from the hardware you’ve bought. Hire the Geek Squad rest assured the job will be done right.....the first time!

The agents were on time, courteous, knowledgeable and fast! They took our old tv from the living room and mounted it on the wall in the bedroom and set up our new television in the living room. When they finished everything worked perfectly and all I had to do was choose which TV to watch and what show! Saved me a LOT of frustration trying to set up the dvd player and Wii since I’m not a technical guy. I’m really grateful for those guys for what they did and the extra time they spent explaining everything and answering questions. Totally worth the cost for the service!!!

And if I drop the Television, well I would be the one that buys another. They drop it and I wait for them to get a new one. Why is this even questioned? Think about it. They measure, find the stud, mark the best places for my preference, install Television. Note; I did not like my first TV, it was not OLED and, it was something I felt was not a good match. The TV and I had our differences. We decided to part, and Here is a great reason to get the tech membership; they brought in the new TV I ordered and installed the new one, refunded and hauled off the previously purchased one, no charges. Oh and they are pretty good with the tech stuff if you want to bounce questions off them. Professional, and they wear those things that keep mud outside. It truly is the little things in life.
