Great ,quick professional installation and scheduling.

These guys were very helpful in every way. Very organized and respectful.

The installation was well executed. They set up all my devices to work with the new TV remote control and then went over how to best use the remote.

The service provided was excellent - my TV was mounted and the technician made sure I was logged into the apps that I am subscribed to. My only complaint is that it cost double what I expected. I had purchased premium installation, but I did not realize there were additional charges for mounting the TV over a fireplace AND also mounting on a brick wall. The technician advised I should have been shown these options when I purchased the install, but I was not. So the install cost $400 instead of $200, and I felt I no choice about accepting the additional charges.

You just can't get better service than the Geek Squad, the absolute best!!

My tv was mounted correctly and properly. The Geek squad fixed my lap top problem and got the virus out of my computer, excellent job.

the sony 65 inch is hung and centered perfectly. ran into wiring and power issues but all resolved, very happy

I never have any problems with the actual install but there is always something that does not translate from my purchase in the store, to the actual installation. I am at a lost as to how to make this better.
