you have to get the annual protection with the geek squad , this has paid for itself in a number of items that i have purchase, don't pass this offer up

The guys were great, got the job done right and were very nice.

Very convenient. Delivered and mounted for only $50 (geek squad member's rate). I could have done it, but when? They do try to upsell you a bunch of other stuff.

Tech guys did great on the install. This is a solid mount with the ability move the TV side to side, and tilt the viewing angle left or right. HOWVER, if your TV is in a well lit or bright room, you’re going to need a mount that tilts down to at least 45 degrees. This doesn’t tilt at all. I have to get another mount that tilts.

This service was part of other work but when the techs came we decided not to do it anymore. The cost of the service was promptly credited to my credit card account (within a few days). This is unlike some of the other products which weren't needed. It has been 17 days since they were not needed and taken back by the geek squad techs, yet the status still remains listed as "out for delivery". I've tried twice with Bestbuy reps to get this resolved but nothing yet. last time I was told it takes a while and they couldn't give me an estimation of how long. Absolutely rubbish!

The agents connected mounted and connected all of my tv's and hooked up my sound system...Extremely helpful and cleaned up after they were finished.
