They wouldn’t install full motion tv mount for a 85” tv so had to purchase tilt mount. Otherwise great job.

THE AGENTS DID A GREAT JOB, MOUNTING AND SET UP WAS A BREEZE

My first experience for TV set up was disappointed. After set up, I did not have knowledge of my new TV, and had to reach out for a second technician. I realized that the 1st technician mounted my TV incorrect, possibly falling over. The 2nd technician saw the issue and fixed it. He was very knowledgeable and felt bad he had to fix the 1st technician’s mistake. By the way, it’s a third party and not the geek squad. The 2nd technician set up and help me understand my setup and knowledge of how my TV work.

It’s the most particle thing to pay someone to install your tv! Especially if it’s to big for you to carry!
