The Geek Squad installed the bracket and my TV. They connected the cable box and Blu-Ray player with the universal remote from the cable company.

Had my TV installed safely and quickly on a wall mount. Geek squad was polite, professional, and funny. Would definitely recommend and/or use them again.

Two guys unboxed and set up a 55" TV. They were great setting up the TV, but then blew quickly through the TV configuration / setup, clicking on "agree" to all of the privacy / data sharing options without actually checking with me on any of it. I had to go back and uncheck all the data-sharing myself. They were good but they were in a hurry to get out and on to the next job. Use them if you can't lift the TV and set it up yourself.

Works as advertised. Very heavy constructed ! We really enjoy the features!!

It not only saves space I was able to have the right size cabinet which was too small to hold the TV but the bigger size would not fit in the corner!

The agents made sure everything worked and we knew how to use devices.

It started with 3 diff date & time changes. Then, the geek squad serviceman that was scheduled, ended up not working the install date. I ended up with a scramble to get TV delivered B4 the installer was due. A man from a 3rd party company called MasTec who said he came in from Kissimmee, FL, alone. He then had to call to get someone to help him to take the old TV down & new TV up on wall. I asked him if he knew what a premium install meant (he did not), I showed him a printout from the internet. He basically said he planned to do the basic install & setup the internet. I had to show him where he was supposed to add the Blu-ray player and add 2 streaming channels. It also talked about configure an existing voice control device(Alexa), I had to do along with cleanup and had to haul the box, etc down stairs & out to the trash dumpster because he said he would either take away the old TV or the pkging, not both. I even had to clean up. I was charged for Premium Install which did not happen, he did take the bad controller to the local store and brought a good one back. I tried to call 2-3 times to talk to the geek squad about the overcharged service and about the missing receipt for this service. Both times I got disconnected half way through the call and each time I called back the same thing happened with a new person. The person on the other end of each call had my name, order#, phone #, etc. But they never called me back. I'm not a happy camper. Geek squad owes me a reduction in charges plus a copy of this bill. I love my TV but Geek Service needs help.

Geek squad did a great job mounting my TV on the wall. Connecting all of my devices and ensuring and showing me how to operate the television.

This is my second time (different home each time) having them mount TV. So very professional and knowledgable. Very well prepared to do anything you may want.
