    They came out to my parents home and installed a samsung tv to the wall helped out answer all questions for them and left them completely satisified

    He is professional, punctional, courteous. He completed his job to my satisfaction, when offered "coffee tip" he responded politely that he could not accept it - company policy. It is rare to receive a service like Christopher.

    The mounting of the TV went great. The issue I have is the fact that the TV was late in arriving which delayed the installation. I purchased the TV on November 29th and it wasn’t installed until January 18th. I was told it was due to the TV being on backorder but there was a piece of paper attached to the TV when it did arrive that said “shipped to wrong location.” Do better.

    The 2 agents that mounted the Television and assured that the new television was working. Gave us they card and tell us call if needed.
