The tech was AMAZING...very professional every step of the way, from the initial conversation on the phone to the in-home visit to the installation of our TV. He provided us with options and was extremely knowledgeable. We will be using him in the future!

The installers stayed as long as it took for them to hook my tv up for me. I do not know how I would have ever had it mounted without them doing the mounting. The installers were very courteous and helpful. It was a difficult task but they had solutions.

The Geek Squad was absolutely amazing!! They’re the only reason I’m giving the 5 star rating, My rating would be zero, due to the obnoxious amount of money Best Buy now charges to hang the TV’s, they now nickel and dime you for every little thing!! Almost $800 for 2 TV’s, I will never have them come again, I’ll find someone else, I don’t mind paying a small fee, but I was shocked my Total Geek Squad Membership no longer covers it. I will always use Geek Squad for computer issues only

Seamless installation. Guys are nice, respectful, knowledgeable, and give instructions and/or advice. My only complaint is that I wish they were given gloves to keep their fingerprints off the new tv screen.

Steve & Dewayne came for my 82” tv mounting and it was nice watching them how easy they made it look like. They completed the work at such a breeze and were very professional. I took out one start due to them not carrying larger than 50 mm screws, thus they couldn’t use my spacings and hence have no way to be able to add or remove any cables from behind the TV.

The team came, installed and did their job perfectly. They were very professional and ready to answer any questions I had.

The Best Buy Agents that mounted my TV were very efficient. I wanted a flash mount and the one that came with the TV did not afford that options. They explained and I purchased the right mount to complete the job. Great service!

Best Buy mounted our TV and set it up. They were very efficient and careful. It's on a wall mount that they put up -- no big mess from running wiring in the attic or drilling through the wall. Friendly and helpful to answer our questions

The agents installed the tv mount to the wall, and the hidden wiring box behind the tv - then ran wire thu wall to baseboard. Connections are made at baseboard and invisible to viewers. They then hooked up soundbar “atmos” wireless sound system. They did this on 75” and 65” tvs - quickly and with no mess. They were able to answer any question I asked and filled me in on a number of things I would no have known to ask about. An excellent experience overall and easily worth the price of TotalTech by itself - but made more valuable by the fact that I can now get tech help on anything I buy and the warranty is extended on all of it.

The person who installed and trouble shooted my TV's was Stefanie. She was wonderful. She was efficient and knowledgeable. She was able to fix and/or change things that your other installers couldn't do. I couldn't have been happier.

In November of 2018, I purchased 3- Samsung 43" 4K Smart TVs. I worked with Trekas Sims, Magnolia Home Theater Supervisor in the Brookfield, WI Store. He was knowledgeable, patient, thorough, answered all my questions and had some great suggestions. I came prepared and the purchase was a breeze. Delivery was as scheduled. Geek squad agent Cameron Gingrass came to my home for a site survey one week before my items were delivered. On the day of delivery, there were no surprises. Cameron efficiently installed the 2 walls mounts & hung the televisions on the day of delivery. He was a wealth of information. He was also conscious of cleanliness and used cardboard to catch his drill shavings & wore booties while in my home. He did exactly what I expected and more. I felt confident with his assessments and recommendations. He is an asset to the Geek Squad, as is Tre and I hope management realizes this. They both are stellar representatives of Best Buy Geek Squad and Best Buy Magnolia respectively and I hope this is duly noted.

The crew that came to my home to setup my tv did a fantastic job mounting my television. They even made recommendations to improve listening and viewing experience .

These guys were great Will and Scott did a fantastic job they were knowledgeable and friendly they came out on a Wednesday to do a consult and return Friday for the install. They quoted me a price for a wall mount but was able to even get me a better one at a lower price. We got 24" TV added to our game room.

With the technology available today, we really want to take advantage of every new feature. The Team from Best Buy was worth every penny. Brought the tv, installed it perfectly, set all of the streaming services we have. Cleaned up after themselves, and wished us good watching.

Both the gentleman were very professional and mounted my television perfectly and also recommended other for better experience.
