    I love Sony products. The color is amazing. The sound is good. I have Alexa hooked up to it as well. Highly recommend this TV

    Agents mounted a replacement TV (previously had lemon that Best Buy graciously replaced). Have some recommendations for squad for future installations. Had rained, so came in with wet shoes (booties?), left finger prints on TV screen, and did not install new TV power cord. Left the cables wrapped with old TV power cord. What if that had been the issue with "lemon" TV. Agents were polite and seem to work hard but felt attention to detail lacking and if told, they will provide better service in future. Hate to see them lose jobs.

    The guys were earlier and faster installation for the mounting the tv to wall. It really didn't take much of them to finish up and it was a plus that they arrived early.
