The greek squad installed my new tv to all my devices in a timlt manner amd they were very pleasant

If you are installing a tv definitely use Geek squad. They are exceptional and well worth the money to have them professionally install my tv and sound bar.

The idea behind paying to have my two 65” TVs mounted for me was to save time and not have to do any of the work. Things didn’t go that way. One tech showed up to mount my TVs. They needed help putting them up because one person can’t realistically put up TVs that large. While the tech was nice and did put the mounts up correctly I was paying to remove the hassle from my life but had to do half the work anyways. Some damage to my drywall from knocking the mount into the wall and over tightening the other caused more of my time to be wasted with the damage claim, setting time aside to have the damage looked at, and now needed a contractor to come fix the issues. Not only that but having to do half the work I paid for isn’t great. When I called to file a complaint about the service I was told that I should have refused the service and rescheduled for another time which would have wasted 2 days instead of just one day because I would need to set aside a Another time for them to come back with the right amount of people to perform what I paid and scheduled already. This service has the opportunity to be wonderful but failed miserably for me, the TVs are mounted well overall but I paid to save the effort and time, had I known I would be paying to still do the work I would have just not scheduled the service. Next time I’m more likely to just find the time to do this myself.

These guys were really great. They were thorough and efficient. They did not leave until everything was hooked up and working properly.

The fusion Sound bar for the outdoors tv is not hooked up properly and does not work with the tv. the tv is locked into the mount with a plate blocking the connection ports on the tv.

Mounting of the television went well...everything hooked up properly...hole in wall for cables looks good
