Love my TV mount. It swivels up down and left right so when I am on the dreadmill I can watch too! It is so much neater and safer than having it on a stand.

This was one of the worse experiences I have ever had with service. I took a day off from work to get my TV delivered. I spent over an hour in the store working with a salesperson to pick out the services I needed. The Geek Squad technician called me at 9am and told me that the order was 100% wrong and that none of the items I selected made sense. I was confused because I spent over an hour going over this with the salesman. He informed me that he would be leaving the items I wanted at the store and that Best Buy would be contacting me. The poor support worker who called me tried his best to figure out what was missing from my order and we spent 40 minutes on the phone trying to figure out why this geek squad tech cancelled my order. After realizing that the geek squad tech was 100% wrong and rushed me off the phone because he was likely trying to lighten his load for the day, I cancelled my entire order. Why does your company make it so hard for someone to spend money with you. I wasted hours of my time, lost a day of work, and am completely unsatisfied.

very sturdy to hold our 55" TV. expands to 31" from wall. Needs at least 2 people to install it and help hold TV.

The guys mounted my to and helped set it up. They were fantastic. He even wore his plastic over his shoes when walking on my rug

The crew was on time and did a great job. They spent plenty of time answering all the questions we had and even cleaned and threw away all the empty boxes.

The geek squad came in my home and completed the tasks in a timely manner. And all of my appliances work perfect thanks a lot geek squad.

Friendly service and efficient. Only problem for me is the soundbar could not be mounted flush with the TV. This was due to the TV selected and the placement of the holes for attachment behind the tv. The soundbar attached is also a little lopsided. The technicians tried to get it level but it just would not work. I’m not sure if it being unlevel is due to the install or tv.
