Thee Geek Squad guy quickly installed my new TV system, connected al components, and hauled away my old TV. No issues were noted.

I paid the 200 dollars for the totaltech membership for all tge great benefits. The geek squad member came in hot. The first thing he said was "that In-Wall Cable Concealer Recessed Power Kit is not on the order so, i would have to charge 50 dollars just to install that for you." Then he dismounted the old tv, and he had doubts about the installaling the new tv base on my connections and the way they were setup. He did give me the choice, but ultimately I decided not to move forward base on more cons than pros. I decided to call a friend and he helped me mount the tv with no issues whatsoever. I am thinking about canceling the totaltech membership since i haven't reeked any benefits. I called the geeksquad CS line. the rep on the phone said if cancel the membership i whould get a pro-rated refund, but when I went to the store they young lady tells me I can cancel the membership, but i won't get any refunds since I purchase the membership for the year. The cancelation will go into effect once the first year runs out.

I was skeptical that such a small mount could carry the weigh of my 70” inch tv. I had the geek squad install it for me. It was all I needed.

No problem product, the tv mounting, and hookups were easy! The Geek squad lived up to its advertising again!
